Hi everbody,
Just wanted to report in today and let you all know that I'm finally back amongst the living this week. I had a terrible three weeks this month. I had constant headaches... both sinus and migraine... and was just so upset and frustrated that I kind of shut down for a while. I generally feel really lucky that my migraines are somewhat uder control with medicine and a relatively healthy lifestyle. BUT... two or three times a year, I go through a span of about 2-3 weeks where I just have a constant headache that is debilitating. I speculate that it has to do mostly with the changing seasons (barometric pressure, allergies, etc) but I'm heading into the doctor this next week to try and do some tests and see if they can tell me anything.
So, I'm feeling much better now and will be starting to post more often again.

Just looking in on your website to see how it is going. Very interesting info about the OTC medicines. I have always had a hard time buying the store brands too but Dad says they are the same except for expensive packaging. Good thing to know. Hope you are having a good day today and that your headaches are under control. Will be interesting to see what the doctor has to say.
